General

TalentNext is a platform designed to connect top professionals with organizations in need of their talents. We simplify the hiring process for recruiters and empower candidates to find and apply for roles that best suit their career goals.

Click the "Sign Up" button on the top navigation. Choose whether you’re a candidate or recruiter, fill in the required fields, and verify your email. Once completed, you can start exploring our platform.

Candidates can create profiles and apply for jobs at no cost. Recruiters can explore our basic features for free, and we offer premium plans with additional tools and insights for enhanced hiring efficiency.

For Candidates

Once you have a profile set up, browse the job listings, select a role that interests you, and click "Apply." Attach your resume and any additional documents if requested. We’ll notify you once the recruiter reviews your application.

Keep your profile up-to-date with a detailed summary, relevant skills, and your latest experience. Add a professional photo and highlight accomplishments. Regularly check recommended opportunities to stay active and visible.

For Recruiters

After creating a recruiter account, navigate to "My Jobs" and click "Post Job." Enter the position details, required skills, and location. Once published, candidates can view and apply for your role.

Yes. Use our advanced search and filtering tools to shortlist candidates based on experience, education, location, and key skills. Our AI-driven insights can also suggest top matches for your open positions.

Technical

First, ensure you’re using the correct username or email and password. Try resetting your password if necessary. If you continue to have issues, clear your browser cache and cookies or contact our support team.

Check your internet connection and try using a different browser. If the issue persists, it may be temporary downtime or maintenance on our end. Contact us if the problem does not resolve within a few hours.
